I can attest to your knowledge and skills in Lean Manufacturing and Digital Transformation — Industry 4.0, which have been proven in the numerous projects on which we have worked together in the past.
Most of these projects were in the automotive industry, where I was Plant Manager or Business Unit Manager, but also for the last projects in the machine-building industry, where you coached me successfully. In particular, we reorganized the existing work flows and optimized the shop floor layouts for new processes in Reiloy plants in Germany and the USA.
